• Linolenic acid (omega-3): 52.4 to 56.6%
• Oleic acid (omega-9): 19.8 to 22.2%

A French cold-pressed oil

ESC Laboratoire works with a French producer who directly processes the flax seeds grown on their own farm.

The oil is obtained by first cold pressing, without the addition of chemicals during the production process. It is then packaged by ESC Laboratoire.

This method allows for an oil intended for horse feed that preserves the natural characteristics of the raw material as much as possible.

Directions for use

For an adult horse weighing approximately 550 kg:

50 ml per day, to be mixed directly into the ration.

The quantity can be adapted to the horse's weight and its overall ration.

Linseed oil is naturally sensitive to oxidation. To best preserve its quality:

• store preferably in the refrigerator after opening;
• protect from light and heat;
• close the container tightly after each use;
• use within 3 months of opening.

ESC recommends relatively quick consumption due to the oxidizable nature of linseed oil.

💡 Nutritional tip

When used over several weeks, ESC Laboratoire suggests that linseed oil can be combined with vitamin E supplementation, particularly for its antioxidant role.
